La Serena at the Heights is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Henderson, NV
The Maintenance Technician handles all general property maintenance for the community, in addition to resident service requests and turning units for occupancy. Weekends and emergency on-call rotation are required. Qualified candidates must have experience.
- Identify, diagnose, repair, and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, A/C, and heating systems, appliances, carpet, vinyl, flooring, etc in occupied units.
- Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and appliance installation.
- Ensure that resident service orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant units for move-in.
- Responsible for maintaining clean grounds and excellent curb appeal.
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
